Cancellations must be communicated in writing or by e‑mail. The following cancellation conditions apply:
a) Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the stay: free cancellation – we refund the deposit in full.
b) Cancellation between 6 and 4 weeks before the start of the stay: the deposit of 30% is retained and 20% of the remaining balance will be charged.
c) Cancellation within 30 days before the start of the stay: the full booking amount will be charged.
d) If the guest decides to shorten the stay after arrival, the full booked amount remains due.
Please note: our prices do not include cancellation insurance.
The pool is shared, but it’s spacious enough for the number of guests who use it. It’s always calm and never crowded.
Only two other cottages share access to the pool.
